Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive at Flounder Colors, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and promoting our brand to potential clients. You will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored branding solutions that align with their brand’s identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional
    campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new market
    opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client  interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven 2-3 years’ experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the plastic industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, google tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of current market trends and competitor analysis.
    Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
  • Flexibility to travel and attend industry events as required.
