Our extensive expertise in the chemicals has ushered us to develop several additives that has changed the magnitude of the plastic industry specifically in regard to the quality and consistency of the products. We have developed several additives for Roto/Injection Molding, Pipe/ Film Extrusion and also some article wise which will enhance the productivity of the process and the products.
ROTO MMGPO 45 WATER TANKS
This product is designed specifically for the Roto Molding Water Tanks. It helps to reduce the cycle time of the roto water tanks which further helps to increase in the production rate and reduce the thermal degradation of the polymer due to the long exposure to heat. It adds to eliminate the bubbles which are formed during the sintering of the Polymers which reduces the strength of the tanks but with the use of ROTO MMGPO 45, the strength of the tanks is raised to a good extent. It is further to be noted that despite the reduced cycle time, the strength of the tanks is highly maintained. Also, the viscosity of the tanks is maintained at a reduced level by use of this additive. The thickness of the tank is one another concern faced by the tank manufacturers. The thickness is not usually equal at all parts of the tanks, but by use of this additive, the thickness is equally preserved at all ends of the tanks.
Suggested Dosing: 1.5 – 4 % | Polymer Base: LLDPE
INJECTION STAPT 63
This product is designed to be used in injection molding
applications. It assists to make the product flexible and
pliant which is a must go requirement in most of the PP
products. This makes the product much more flexible thus
increasing the durability of the product. It also imparts the
transparency to the end product. It can be used in those PP
transparent products, where opacity is to be removed. This
works well with PP random also where it gives additional
transparency thus making the product much glossier and
shinier.
Suggested Dosing: 1.5 – 3.5% | Polymer Base: PP
FLRN TP 72
This additive is created for the tape line application where tape strength is a major concern for these industries. Since, calcium is highly used which in turn reduces the tape strength and tape breakage are a common issue faced. This additive helps to impart some additional strength to the tape. This helps to increase production which is usually disturbed by regular tape breakage. It imparts high flexural strength to the tape and to an extent reduces the water carrying concerns. This additive does not allow water to pass through and thus avoiding the water carrying problem. This additive also transmits electrical resistance properties to the end product. Importantly, this product makes low coefficient to fiction which in turn makes a proper sintering of the polymers and further reducing the melting concerns. This product is compatible to be used in Film Extrusions also.

MULTI CYNY 81
This is a multi-application product designed specially for those applications where surface smoothness is a concern. This product helps to reduce/remove the surface roughness. The surface of the product is largely improved by making it smooth and soft. The product is further characterized by the chemical resistance properties. For articles such as Blow- jerry cans where the properties of the product get hampered when used by the chemical industries, this product can waive it to a major extent. This helps to increase the shelf life of the end product. This product doesn’t have any effect on any other properties of the end product. Suitable for all application from Injection, Blow, Roto, Extrusion for all type of products where smoothness and chemical resistance is to be improved

MULTI WTTEP 99
White has become a new favorite and the demand for white is seen increasing in all segments. Many products have seen significant hike in white colors demand from the market. This has inspired us to develop an additive which adds to the shine and opacity of the white color. It is observed increasing the dosing of white Master Batch either doesn’t have any much impact on the shine or opacity or it adds heavily to their costing. To overcome this, we have developed an additive that will help to increase the opacity of the end product adding some ratio of gloss also to it. This product is suitable to be use in all applications from roto, blow, extrusion, injection etc. and all products preferably white color. This product can be used in colored products as well but it will have a considerable effect on the white color articles.

INJECTION BLOW RBSS 90
This product is designed for the Injection Molding and Blow Molding Applications. This additive imparts strength to the end products. All applications where strength is highly required or where the strength plays a vital role, this product is largely suggested. This adds highly to the strength of the end product making the goods more durable. This product helps in the binding of the polymers further giving strength to the end product. This does not have any impact on the color or any other properties and only adds to the strength of the end product. Also has some increased considerable effect on the gloss/shine of the end product.
